My Mission

Being in recovery since November 17 / 2012 I have had the privilege to work with many talented people in the recovery world. But the bigger and more personally rewarding education has come from working with and being continually engaged with other recovering addicts and alcoholics. Literally thousands of intimate conversations, phone calls , and meetings . Open honest discussions about everyday challenges, heartbreaks , and triumphs.

Over the years I have made a point to ask those who have led successful lives in recovery what it is that kept them interested early on in their journey and what keeps them balanced and grounded many years later into their recovery. I have taken perhaps even more time speaking to those who have had set backs , relapses, and struggles to try to understand the elements that they may have missed or overlooked or not considered important. What I have laid out here as a 30 day program is an aggregate of these beautiful and ongoing conversations. This is designed to help the individual begin creating a life where using drugs and alcohol seem preposterous . I want to help good young men turn themselves into excellent young men by teaching The Art of Living.
